Infused vinegar is easy and fun to make, and the house smells crazy amazing after! We warm up white wine vinegar and play with adding flavours to it.
Named for its murky green colour, we add crushed Jalapenos, and Kosher salt to white wine vinegar. The result is tangy, salty vinegar with a hit of sweet heat! Excellent add to dressings, stews and broth, a little goes a long way. Drizzle it over your roasted vegetables or let cooked beets soak up the heat!
